They defeated fourth-ranked Genesee Community College 24-4 in the title game.

Genesee (12-4) earned the rematch win OCC in the semifinals by defeating Suffolk County 11-9 in the opening round. The Cougars will hope to end the streak of Onondaga in their third matchup of this Spring.
